Module #1

Understanding 3 Keys to success, including Learning How to Build a Big List

These Items are Important to your Success

Key #1: Let's talk about TIME

As a new business owner, with multiple priorities such as family, church, and work… you may be wondering “How do I find the time to do this?”  Well, all of us have figured that out, you can too!  It’s all about focusing on your priorities and your future dreams and goals. Once you focus on those, you’ll realize that the reason you don’t have time is the VERY reason you NEED to FIND time.

For example:
   – Maybe the reason you don’t have time is that you work so many hours a week. Success-mindset people understand that that is EXACTLY WHY you need to find a few hours to build this business… so that eventually you WON’T HAVE to work so may hours in the future!  Many people have entered the business already working over 70 hours a week… and they figured out how to prioritize 4-5 hours a week and either eliminate the need to work overtime or even got free of their jobs!
   – Maybe the reason you don’t have time is that you are so busy with your family, which is obviously a very high priority. However, success-minded people figure out how to make the business a family venture with family goals… so that you’ll eventually have MORE TIME with your family. Many people have entered the business with large, young families and figured out how to prioritize 4-5 hours a week to create a business where one of the parents was able to quit their job and be a full-time mom or dad!

Successful people understand that time is never an excuse. It’s literally all about your priorities for the future. When you understand what your want… the excuse vanishes and the reason appears.

You always have time to do what you want to do
You never have time to do what you don’t want to do.
Time, therefore, isn’t the issue.
The key is What you want! What is your Dream?

We all start this business with an “employee mindset”… because that’s all we know. But NOW it’s time to learn to think differently.
Success requires that you learn to adapt new priorities consistent with your goals…
Learn to think like a business owner with the appropriate priorities with your time — and your Dreams can be achieved!
Get with your Coach… they have figured this out and can help you learn how to find the time to build the business.

Key #2: The least appreciated element of Success - Association

Before starting your business – the most important key that you need to understand is that ASSOCIATION is VITAL to your success. The biggest challenge most new IBO’s have when they start this business is a misunderstanding that their past “employee” mindset and habits are sufficient to create success in this business. That is incorrect.

It is vitally important that you learn a NEW mindset and NEW habits because you are now a business owner, business developer and (If you want) a future leader of a team.

HOW do you learn the mindset and habits of successful B-Quadrant Business Owners? By prioritizing your time to ASSOCIATE by attending Zoom Training Sessions, listening to Audios by leaders in this business, and accessing the information in the books we recommend. These are all essential to your success.

The Key to your Success in this business:
Association!
It’s the key to Believing this business works, and
learning the mindset of B-Quad Business Ownership

How? By Prioritizing your time to Associate by:
        – Attending the weekly Basic Training Zoom Session,
        – Listening to LTD Audios by leaders in this business,
        – Reading the books on the LTD First-year Reading List.

Those who take it on faith that these things are vitally important to success are the one who Succeed in this business.

Insight:
THIS is the most critical of your initial business development steps. It’s time to see yourself as a serious entrepreneur who is beginning the process of building your “board of directors” for a business that will change your life (and the lives of others) for the better. .

Fact:
So… IF you are like most new IBO’s with a “mental list of 6-8 friends“… please accept the fact that this list will NOT be effective.  At all.
You will try too hard to convince them… and you will be disappointed. Trust us on this. A list of 50-100 people is essential.

Do This: watch this 20 minute video.
Watch the Fritz’s video… they will give you a tremendous perspective and valuable tips that will help you create an effective list of 50-100 prospects at your level or above. This list will make ALL the difference in your business development. Use the below “List” documents to help you assemble your list.

(As an option, their speech is also offered as a streaming audio file – shown to the left, below the video player

Building Your List - Summary

Related Documents:

Follow Bob & Carol’s excellent advice and develop a large, written list of the most successful, ambitious, and busy (yes, busy) people you know. It will be counter-intuitive, but the busiest, most successful people you know are the one’s MOST likely to motivated to earn an Offer to access the coaching and mentorship of our B-Quadrant business.

Print the two documents on the right … and access your cell phone Contacts and your Facebook friends list…  and make a very large list of “A-List” (good friends and relatives) and “B-List” (more casual acquaintances) friends. A list of 50-100 names is the goal.
